Everything that is “normal” in our life has become that by repetition. If you can meditate for 5 minutes a day, every day for 30 days then it will become a habit, then a practice and then it will become “normal”. The benefits to your well being will make the effort worthwhile. It costs you nothing and no-one need know that you’re doing it. The best things in life really are free you know!

Notice Which Colours You’re Drawn To Today

I woke up with a real fuzzy feeling in my head this morning and “no” I hadn’t been drinking last night lol.

As I always follow my intuition I immediately “felt” that my crown chakra was blocked. I really don’t want any chakra to be blocked, but certainly not my crown chakra. So I took a few minutes to relax and asked the Universe to clear this blockage, but not only that, I asked that all blockages going right back to when my soul was born be cleared. We never know how much negativity we carry with us from past lives. My head is now feeling less fuzzy, but I’m left with a mild headache. This, to me, is an indication that Source energy is working on clearing any negativity as requested. It’s not important that I know what it’s about, just that it’s been brought to my attention so that I can now set about cleansing it.

Another useful tip regarding chakras is this … if when you wake up in the morning you quickly open and then shut your eyes you will see a colour. You should try to introduce that colour into what you are wearing that day be it clothing or jewellery. The colour will relate to a chakra that is in need of balancing. smiley

Everything Happens For A Reason!

I’ve got to admit that meditation doesn’t come easily to me, but when you live in a house with laminate flooring and have a dog that has long claws it isn’t always easy to get into the right “zone”.

Anyway, I thought I’d give it a go this morning. I did a search on You Tube and found a lovely guided meditation about Abundance, Balance and Freedom. “Heaven” I thought.

Everything was going great until said dog decided that it was time for her walk. I love it when the people narrating these meditations say “find a place where you won’t be disturbed”. Where? In my case Mars!

That said … just look at that face! Wherever we go on our walk we always find a bench to sit on and just watch the world go by … she always jumps up next to me and we’ll spend 10 minutes just “being”. I’ll listen to the breeze in the trees and she’ll watch the birds fly overhead. Maybe she’s got the right idea after all. I might be training her, but she’s teaching me smiley
